March 202- Operate floor machines to clean, buff, scrub, wax, burnish, polish, and refurbish all types of floor

Operate vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and heavy debris
Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
Preparing flooring surfaces
Perform carpet cleaning with carpet cleaning machines
Ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
Operate and drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver products and supplies to various job sites
Willing to do snow removal and operate plows for winter services
Other Duties as Assigned

Job Specification and Requirements:

Experience operating heavy duty floor machines and carpet cleaning machines preferred
Experience in hot & cold pressure washing, tile and grout scrubbing, floor stripping and waxing, exterior window cleaning is an asset
Experience with safe work practices
Must be flexible with work schedules, lastminute changes, and tight deadlines
Must have a valid driver's license
Able to lift 30 to 50 lbs, bend and reach to high/low places as needed.
