Quality Control and Safety : Implement and oversee comprehensive quality control and safety programs, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting, to ensure fiscal responsibility and project profitability.Continuously evaluate and improve construction processes and techniques to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project delivery.
A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, complemented by extensive experience in the construction industry.
Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in modular construction.
Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Deep understanding of construction laws, regulations, and building codes, with an emphasis on sustainable and innovative construction practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Commitment to promoting safety, quality, and environmental responsibility in all construction activities.
Experience in working with Indigenous communities and valuing Indigenous cultures and traditions is highly regarded.
