    Tasu is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our

    Month-end accounting journal entries

    ~ Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts

    ~ Prepare and process all AR, AP, and Payroll
    Manage Vendor and Customer master accounts

    ~ Maintain capital asset listings and
    Process corporate tax instalments

    ~ to specific projects, labour, and expense GL codes

    ~ Prepare Project Profit and Loss Budget to
    Actual Reports for review with Project Managers

    ~ Investigate and explain general ledger
    Respond to inquiries from Project Managers,
    subtrades, suppliers, management, and other project staff

    ~ Track construction hold-back accounts, and
    coordinate holdback releases with subcontractors, Project Managers, and the
    accounting department

    ~ Bank transaction processing and treasury
    Perform various expense GL analyses to
    Accounting Certificate/Diploma or other Accounting-related courses an asset

    ~ Bachelor of Business Administration degree or similar degree preferred

    ~ 2-3 years' experience with project accounting and job costing experience (ideally in the construction industry)

    ~ and preferably Premier Contractor/Enterprise Edition and Payworks

    ~ Proficiency in office computer
    Full time 40-hour work
    week, Monday to Friday

    ~ in-office at Squamish Head Office, remote work option to be assessed
