About The Role:


Our recent growth journey has taken us from 90 employees to 150 in a short period of time We are excited to be bringing on another addition to the team to support our employees and the business as we continue to grow.

As KEV Group continues to invest in building out a first-class sales team, we are looking to bring on a Sales Enablement Manager.

In this role you will work with sales leaders across the business as well as our VP, People and Culture to drive the success of our team members in customer-facing roles.

This role will have a heavy focus on leading onboarding and ongoing coaching of sales and customer success team members, providing the necessary day to day and strategic guidance to maximize productivity and sales.


What You'll Do:


  • Partner with leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program to elevate KEV's sales and customer success teams
  • Lead the onboarding and training of new sales and customer success talent, ultimately ensuring that the team has the necessary skillsets and tools to meet its objectives
  • Use a variety of tools and activities including roleplaying and call shadowing to coach and support team members
  • Determine sales enablement priorities, collaborating with all stakeholders
  • Building curriculum, setting goals and expectations, and monitoring employee progress throughout the year
  • Deliver effective onboarding and training programs for sales and customer success team members
  • Gather and utilize performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Please note, this is an individual contributor role, managing enablement programs but not people.

What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's Degree is a requirement
  • 3+ years' experience in a sales enablement, learning and development, or related position
  • Experience in sales, project management, and/or program management
  • Ability to autonomously lead initiatives, working alongside senior leadership
  • Experience developing learning curriculums and facilitating training
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • A passion for helping people realize their fullest potential
  • Ability to partner with leaders to understand the drivers of success in any position and develop a set of learning objectives and goals accordingly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Ability to build internal relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization
