Due to major growth we are expanding our Customer Service team in Toronto and currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join the team.

Key responsabilities will include:

Have the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities and situations.

Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries.

Be reliable and be there for customers.

Analyze incoming queries and identify repetitive issues such as identifying potential problems with user experience or technical issues.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Ensure Zendesk tickets are updated and information is accurate and up to date.

What you will bring to the role:

Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.

Impeccable writing skills including professional email communication in English.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different situations.

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, desirable.

Flexible work schedule including ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
