    Désignation du poste : À domicile (différents quarts de travail)

    Le Centre du service à la clientèle est ouvert du lundi au vendredi de 7 h à 20 h.

    Description du poste :

    Notre équipe, en plein essor, est à la recherche d'un agent ou d'une agente du service interne. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste, qui relèvera du directeur ou de la directrice, service interne, aura pour responsabilités le traitement des demandes de service et des appels relatifs au premier avis de sinistre (PAS), ainsi que la vente incitative de produits d'assurance habitation et automobile d'Allstate.

    Responsabilités :

    - les besoins actuels et futurs du client et faire des recommandations sur les produits qui répondent le mieux à ses besoins.
    - un service personnalisé en agissant à titre de conseiller de confiance en matière d'assurance.
    - les caractéristiques et les avantages des produits et services dans le cadre des revues continues du portefeuille à disposition.
    - le processus de renouvellement des polices et les demandes des clients qui souhaitent apporter des modifications à leurs polices.
    - aux demandes en ligne.
    - des ventes incitatives et ventes croisées de produits automobiles et habitation conformément aux directives de souscription d'Allstate.
    - la fidélité de la clientèle grâce à l'attention portée aux détails et aux efforts visant à tisser des liens lors du renouvellement des polices et des modifications.
    - les appels de réclamations des clients : fournir du soutien et des conseils lors du traitement des appels de premiers avis de sinistre (PAS); documenter les renseignements sur le sinistre dans le système des réclamations; effectuer les tâches indiquées par le processus en place; et s'assurer que la déclaration du sinistre est transférée/assignée à un conseiller ou une conseillère en réclamations.

    Exigences :

    - d'un permis d'agent(e) d'assurance générale ou d'assurance de dommages de niveau 1, selon les exigences provinciales, ou être disposé(e) à l'obtenir;
    - à 3 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle;
    - des applications de MS Office;
    - prêt(e) à travailler le soir.

    Compétences supplémentaires :

    Avoir une expérience dans un centre d'appels, dans le domaine des assurances et en vente incitative est souhaitable.

    Role Designation: Home-Based (rotating shifts)

    Contact Centre is open from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 8 pm

    Job description:

    Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire Trilingual/Bilingual Inside Service Agent focused professionals to join our team Reporting to the Manager, Inside Service, you will be responsible to service, take first notice of loss (FNOL) calls and upsell Allstate home and auto insurance products.

    Accountabilities:

    - Analyze the client's current and future requirements and make recommendations on products that would best suit their needs.
    - Provide personalized service while being a Trusted Advisor with respect to insurance.
    - Promoting features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews.
    - Manage policy renewal process and client inquiries to make changes to their policies.
    - Reply to on-line requests.
    - Upselling and cross selling Auto and Property products in accordance with the Allstate's underwriting guidelines.
    - Promoting client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building during policy renewals and updates.
    - Handle client claims calls. Provide support and guidance when handling First Notice of Loss (FNOL) initial claim calls; Document loss details in the claim system and perform specified tasks and ensure claim is transferred/assigned to a Claim Advisor.

    Qualifications:

    - Must have OTL or General level 1 Insurance License or willing to obtain for the province you are located in.
    - 1-3 years customer service experience.
    - Must speak French & English fluently.
    - Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications.
    - Willingness to work evenings.

    Bonus qualification:

    - Call center, insurance and upselling experience is preferred.
