    Job Description

    We are looking for a communication-savvy individual to assist guests and staff according to Omni's high standards.

    Qualifications

    • Essential computer skills
    • Ability to work independently or collaboratively, remaining at the workstation throughout the shift
    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
    • Prior customer service experience with strong written and verbal communication abilities
    • Capacity to sit for extended periods

    Responsibilities

    • Efficiently and courteously handle incoming calls
    • Direct calls and messages to the appropriate recipients
    • Support guests and colleagues with various needs
    • Initiate prompt responses by logging urgent situations and notifying the relevant personnel
    • Manage wake-up calls and handle email correspondence
    • Operate switchboard and two-way radio effectively
