- Develop and optimize production tools, test fixtures and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mechanical components and systems.
- Conduct testing and validation of production processes and electrical and mechanical designs of production tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document processes and maintain accurate records of design changes and improvements.
- Train and support production staff in new processes and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, systems engineering or a related field to production engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, with a focus on developing tools and processes.
- Experience developing hardware testing and inspection jigs.
- Experience developing fixtures for manufacturing processes and testing finished components.
- Experience developing testing scripts (Python and similar scripting languages).
- Experience developing custom production record management tools and using off the shelf tools.
- Proven mechanical design skills, with experience in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (experience with ISO 13485 and medical device field is preferred).

The Production Engineer will be a crucial addition to our expanding team.
