    Toronto / Remote - Canada

    The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing our Finance Department's tech stack to drive greater automation, efficiency, controls, and productivity.

    This includes maintaining integrations between NetSuite and the rest of the financial systems ecosystem, as well as identifying and executing opportunities for automation.

    Manage and maintain our core finance applications, including NetSuite, and integrated cloud-based applications such as Concur, Coupa, FloQast, Stripe, Workiva, Carta, Avalara, etc.

    Partner with the Finance department and other stakeholders to understand their needs, identify gaps, and create solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

    Provide support and training to our NetSuite users, fostering a deep understanding of the system across the team.
    Build a robust system of automated internal controls over data transition, access, and workflows.
    Investigate and resolve issues related to data integrity, system performance, and user access.
    Create and maintain documentation on system configuration, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
    Partner with technical teams across the organization to provide support, answer system-related questions, and resolve concerns and issues.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent practical experience
    ~Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, specifically within a Finance Department context.
    ~ Excellent problem-solving skills with a solid attention to detail.
    ~ Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and document technical work clearly and concisely.

    The expected salary range* for similar roles within Clio is: $126,400 - $189,600 CAD

    Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Dublin) to be in office min. Flexible time off policy, with an encouraged 20 days off per year.
