Our client, one of the leaders in the Insurance Industry, is looking to hire Licensed (OTL/RIBO) Home & Auto Insurance Agents to help support their Corporate office located in the Markham, ON area on a hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

The Insurance Advisor is an underwriting professional licensed to sell personal insurance directly to consumers nationally and to service all their insurance related needs. In addition, the role is responsible to underwrite personal lines policies nationally and within authorized limits in accordance with established policies, practices, standards and applicable laws and regulations.
The hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 9:00 and Saturday from 8:00 to 5:00 You will be required to work five hour shifts per week/ hours per week within these hours of operation
• Perform processing functions, such as document processing, transaction approvals, service requests from Branches, reconciliation, etc.
• Perform excel analysis and processing on a variety of functions.
• Manage a variety of these functions, learning and contributing in a progressive manner (via training and peer support).
• Provide excellent customer service to Branches, peers and other Divisions within Home Office.
• Be a collaborative, active and engaged team member.
