About the Role
Are you known for your attention to detail and pride yourself in being a responsible professional? Come join usAs Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting administrative functions related to training and the employee development of Sierra Space employees. You will update and maintain electronic employee training records in Cornerstone (Learning Management System), and Workday while maintaining data integrity by performing frequent data audits. You will also serve as a resource to employees regarding training policies and procedures, responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner. You will have the additional responsibility of scheduling and coordinating trainings and company orientations.
***This role will be on-site in our Broomfield, CO office and is not a remote or hybrid role***
