    Our client, a boutique Real Estate Developer, is looking for a Development Coordinator to join their growing team. With a real estate portfolio that encompasses residential and commercial properties across Canada, you will touch all projects and receive robust development exposure not otherwise found in large environments.

    Senior Development CoordinatorDuties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Development Manager to create and maintain proformas, line-item budgets, project briefs, and schedules.
  • Handle meeting minutes, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
  • Work in a team environment alongside other departments, reporting directly to the Development Manager.
  • Assist with due diligence and development feasibility analysis studies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a constantly changing environment.
  • Assist in drafting presentations and reports.
  • Optimize resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
  • Bring innovative ideas to enhance development strategies.
  • Analyze federal and municipal policies.

    • Senior Development CoordinatorQualifications:
  • Construction Project Coordination experience an asset
  • Self-motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a sense of humor.
  • Exhibit an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and a strong moral compass.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to excel in both individual and group settings.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the development industry, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Critical thinkers with a focus on results.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Projects and graphic design skills preferred.
