En tant que coordonnateur de la planification et de l'ordonnancement, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la réalisation du plan de production de notre client. Vous serez responsable de coordonner les opérations quotidiennes et d'assurer un flux de travail efficace au sein des unités de production de l'organisation. Le candidat idéal aura d'excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, une grande attention aux détails et la capacité d'effectuer plusieurs tâches efficacement.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to join our Client's team. As a Planning & Scheduling Coordinator you will play a central role in the delivery of our Client's production plan. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, and ensuring efficient workflow within the organization's production units. The ideal candidate will have excellent French and English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Tâches et responsabilités générales

Mesurer et analyser le plan de capacité actuel et futur des unités de production

S'assurer que les processus permettent une livraison à temps

Déterminer le nombre d'employés nécessaires pour respecter le plan de production.

Utiliser et améliorer les outils de capacité du système de gestion (SAP).

Participer à l'amélioration des outils de planification et à l'élaboration des procédures

Élaborer et produire des rapports sur la performance opérationnelle de l'entreprise

General Duties and Responsibilities

Measure and analyse the current and future capacity plan of the production units

Ensure processes allow on time delivery

Determine number of employees needed to meet the production plan.

Use and improve the capacity tools of the management system (SAP).

Participate in the improvement of planning tools and in the development of procedures

Develop and produce reports on the operational performance of the company

Qualifications

Connaissance avancée d'Excel

Programmation Excel VBA un atout

Expérience en analyse de données

Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais (parler, lire et écrire)

Expérience en planification et planification des capacités dans un environnement de fabrication ou de réparation et de révision OU expérience en génie industriel ou en gestion des opérations.

Connaissance des outils de visualisation de données (Power BI ou autres) et SAP

Doit être citoyen canadien ou résident permanent du Canada

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Excel VBA Programming an asset

Experienced with data analysis

Excellent communication skills in French and English (speaking, reading and writing)

Experience in scheduling and capacity planning in a manufacturing or repair and overhaul environment OR experience in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management

Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or others) and SAP

Must be Canadian Citizen or permanent resident of Canada
