    En tant que gestionnaire de projet, votre principale responsabilité sera de gérer tous les aspects de la relation avec le client et de respecter les exigences en matière de qualité, de respect des délais et de contrats pour les comptes critiques et stratégiques. Vous serez le principal point de contact pour les clients que vous gérez en ce qui concerne les questions commerciales et les questions de niveau supérieur. Vous mènerez les négociations et coordonnerez et dirigerez les actions relatives à la continuité et à l'amélioration des activités.

    Construire une relation solide avec le(s) client(s) critique(s)

    Participer à des revues régulières avec le client pour permettre une communication efficace dans les deux sens.

    Diriger les sujets critiques (faire remonter les informations), identifier les risques stratégiques et faire remonter les informations au sein de l'organisation.

    Gérer les locations de moteurs et d'APU avec notre système EPR et de comptabilité

    Gérer les réparations de moteurs, d'APU et de pièces détachées

    Gérer les demandes de nouveaux programmes avec l'équipe d'intégration des nouveaux produits.

    Description:


    As an Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the customer relationship and meet quality, timeliness and contractual requirements for critical and strategic accounts. You will act as the main point of contact for the customers you manage with regard to commercial and escalated issues. You will lead negotiations, and coordinate and direct actions relating to business continuity and improvement.

    Build a strong relationship with critical customer(s)

    Participate in regular reviews with the customer to enable effective two-way communication

    Lead critical topics (escalate higher), identify strategic risks and escalate within the organization.

    Manage Engine and APU rentals with our EPR and accounting system

    Manage Engine, APU and parts repair

    Manage new program solicitations with New Product Integration team

    Personnel Placement Agency Permit Number: AP Canada – Quebec)

    Temporary Foreign Worker Recruitment Agency Permit Number: AR Canada – Quebec)
