Avec un réseau de près de 400 points de vente au Canada et plus de 2 250 employés, nous sommes en mesure d'établir des relations durables avec nos clients en les aidant à rétablir leur crédit et à progresser vers des taux préférentiels et un avenir financier plus prometteur.

    Nous élargissons notre réseau régional au sein d'easyfinancière au Québec avec l'addition d'une toute nouvelle région En vertu de notre croissance, de l'ouverture de nouveaux sites et des prévisions d'ouverture en 2024, nous sommes ravis d'annoncer le recrutement d'un nouveau directeur régional pour la division 4 d'EFS.

    Ce qu'il faut pour travailler avec nous (en externe uniquement) :

    • 3 ans d'expérience ou plus dans un poste de direction, dans la gestion d'une opération multi-sites.
    • Vous devez être bilingue (français/anglais).
    • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente ciblée en contact direct avec la clientèle sont indispensables ; une expérience dans le secteur des prêts à la consommation, des finances personnelles ou des prêts sur salaire est fortement souhaitée.
    • Sens exceptionnel de la gestion des ventes avec la capacité d'obtenir des résultats cohérents par l'intermédiaire d'autres personnes.

    En tant que directeur régional, vous devrez :

    • Créer des expériences client de qualité supérieure en faisant en sorte que les membres de l'équipe s'engagent, écoutent et comprennent les besoins des clients potentiels en matière de vente et fassent correspondre leurs besoins à nos solutions de prêt financier ; faire preuve de compassion et d'empathie envers les clients pour pouvoir écouter leur histoire et les aider.
    • Veiller à ce que la promesse de la marque goeasy soit tenue par chaque succursale en connaissant et en mettant en œuvre vos objectifs commerciaux, vos stratégies de vente et en veillant à ce que les ventes et le recouvrement soient continuellement performants.
    • Construire, gérer et développer un réseau de talents efficace et performant dans votre région – c'est ainsi que vous développerez votre portefeuille de prêts
    • Diriger les entretiens, l'embauche et la formation des vendeurs, ainsi que la planification, l'attribution et la direction du travail ; évaluation du rendement.
    • Superviser le développement de nouvelles occasions d'affaires et développer des stratégies site par site pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et être redevablepour une excellente pratique de recouvrement au sein de la région.
    • Être responsable des opérations quotidiennes de plusieurs succursales au sein de la région et maintenir une voix auprès de la direction centralisée de l'organisation.
    • Maintenir une visibilité et assurer un leadership dans chaque succursale et effectuer des audits (formels et informels) pour s'assurer que les pratiques exemplaires sont appliquées à chaque vente en voyageant dans votre région 3 jours par semaine (mardi-jeu).
    • Fournir des informations sur la planification stratégique et opérationnelle pour les opérations régionales, et rendre compte des progrès et des résultats des ventes.
    • Superviser la gestion du changement et la mise en œuvre de nouveaux produits, programmes et procédures opérationnelles.

    Ce poste requiert des déplacements d'un lieu à l'autre (conformément aux réglementations gouvernementales en matière de sécurité) dans la région assignée et, à l'occasion, au siège social de l'entreprise à Mississauga (Ontario) et dans d'autres centres d'affaires. Un permis de conduire provincial valable et un véhicule personnel sont requis.     AsRegional Manager, you will:

    • Create superior customer experiences by having team members engage, listen and understand the needs of potential customers for sales and match their needs to our financial lending solutions; demonstrating compassion and empathy toward customers to be able to hear their story and help
    • Ensure that the goeasy brand promise is delivered by each location by knowing and implementing your business objectives, sales strategies, and ensuring ongoing sales and collection performance
    • Build, manage and develop an effective and high performing talent network within your region – this is the way you grow your loan book
    • Lead the interviewing, hiring, and training of sales employees and the planning, assigning, and directing of work; appraising performance
    • Oversee new business development and develop site by site strategies to meet sales goals and be accountable for a strong collections practice within the region
    • Be accountable for the day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the Region and maintaining a voice with centralized leadership in the organization
    • Maintain frequent visibility and provide leadership to eachbranch location and audit (both formally and informally) to ensure best practices are occurring for every sale by traveling within your region 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs)
    • Provide strategic and operational planning input for the regional operations, and report progress and sales results
    • Oversee change management and implementation of new sales products, programs and operational procedures

    What you need to work with us (External facing only):

    • 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity managing amulti-site operation
    • Must be bilingual (French/English)
    • 3-5 years in a customer-facing targeted sales environment is a must; experience in either the consumer loan/personal finance or the pay day loan industries is strongly preferred
    • Exceptional sales management acumen with the ability to achieve consistent results through others
    • Solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills with an innate ability to remain calm and focused in difficult situations
    • Demonstrated financial acumen to manage a P&L system with many levers; an ability to see business drivers and exercise sound judgment and decision-making
    • Be empathetic, compassionate and operate with integrity – really care for customers
    • Oriented as a decisive and hands-on leader with the ability to influence at all levels in an organization
    • Perform well under regular pressure to meet deadlines, quotas and/or must frequently deal with difficult issues related to process
    • Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a fast-pacedenvironment and to work independently (self-motivated)

    Additional Information:

    This role involves travel from location to location (as permitted by government safety regulations) within the assigned region and on occasion to the corporate head office inMississauga, ON and other business centers. A valid provincial driver's license and your own vehicle is required. All candidates considered for hire must successfully pass credit, criminal and reference background checks. Candidates must be comfortable to provide schedule flexibility to meet the demands of the business.
