    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to assist with various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about HR to contribute to the development and success of our team members.

    Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including personnel files, timekeeping systems, and HRIS.
    Assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
    Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings.
    Post secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
    1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or administration role preferred.
    Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms. Experience with Dayforce is an asset.
    HR certification (e.g., If you are a self-motivated individual with a strong background in human resources and a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
