    As an Associate Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creative team to develop impactful and strategic campaigns that effectively communicate healthcare-related messages to target audiences. You will be responsible for combining your creative vision with your in-depth understanding of healthcare nuances to deliver compelling and compliant campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Strategists, Account Managers, and clients, will be essential to ensure the successful execution of projects.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Creative Direction: Assisting creative leadership to lead and guide the creative teams to conceptualize and execute innovative and visually engaging campaigns tailored to healthcare clients. Develop a consistent creative direction that aligns with the client's brand identity and goals.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, terminology, and trends to ensure all creative work meets industry-specific compliance standards while remaining compelling to the target audience.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with our Strategy team to ensure briefs are clear, insightful, and will inspire great creative development. Immerse yourself into the brand strategy and carry it through to the work, so that all of our communications can be smart and effective.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of designers, art directors, and other creative professionals. Provide constructive feedback to help them grow and improve their skills.
  • Concept Development: Brainstorm and generate creative concepts that communicate complex healthcare information in a clear and engaging manner. Translate these concepts into visual and design elements that resonate with the target audience.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and preferences. Present and articulate creative ideas effectively, taking client feedback into consideration and incorporating it into the campaigns.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of all creative assets produced by the team, including designs, layouts, and visuals. Review work to guarantee it adheres to branding guidelines and industry regulations.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to integrate relevant insights into the work.
  • Pitch Development: Participate in new business pitches by contributing creative ideas, strategies, and presenting the agency's capabilities to potential healthcare clients.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and that creative work aligns with the project's objectives.
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience (usually 6-8 years) in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency, preferably with a focus on healthcare clients.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing your creative ideas, including healthcare-specific projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex healthcare concepts in a simple and compelling way.
  • Leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A strategic mindset with the capability to align creative efforts with business objectives.
