Requirements:


  • Two years RCD maintenance experience.
  • Experience with API Requirements is preferred.
  • Required Certifications (First Aid, H2S, Fall arrest, Forklift)
  • Mechanically inclined and able to implement mechanical knowledge and skills.

Knowledge of:

  • Maintenance processes and procedures
  • Mechanical tools and equipment
  • Quality control requirements
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines requiring mínimal supervision.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities:


  • Inspect, repair, and maintain all RCD related equipment.
  • Ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained to perform repairs. Including elements, seal kits, etc.
  • Create, distribute, and keep all records for maintenance and shipping.
  • Build complete RCD packages and submit documentation prior to shipping.
  • Perform monthly inventory counts.
  • Maintain asset tracking software system.
  • Perform semiannual field visits to all locations and complete asset and inventory counts.
  • Inspect all equipment used and perform preventive maintenance checks and service.
  • Maintain companyissued tools and develop knowledge and skill in their use.
  • Assist the Facility Manager with daytoday tasks when required.
  • Assist the Canadian operation team with all equipment maintenance as required.
