Reception duties and telephone communication.Liaise with bed allocating in regards to admissions, registration.Processing patient orders through computer.Arranging meetings and appointments.Typing/filing of patient reports/letters.Processing patient charts and restocking (assembling) new charts.Preparing materials for Health Records.Preparation and typing of patient program pamphlets, etc.Requirements

Recent Unit Secretary experience in a hospital setting. Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) with a minimum typing speed of 45 Previous experience using Meditech and Community Wide Scheduling. Previous experience in mental health services will be an asset.
