    Commercial Manager Contact Dermot Doherty

    Salary: €85,000 - €100,000

    1. Represent the company on commercial matters relating to Framework / Project assigned to you
    2. Review contracts at BID stage against adverse risk and assess any additional opportunity
    3. Manage the dispute resolutions process
    4. Support the Framework Manager on commercial matters in administering the Framework Contract
    5. Commercial review and reporting of the Framework projects
    6. Maintain good working relationship with the client
    7. Ensure the companies interests are protected under the contract
    8. Support the Framework Manager, ensuring the commercial obligations under the contract agreements are administered in accordance with the contract
    9. Support project Quantity Surveys in reviewing subcontract documents
    10. Ensure client and company KPI's are monitored and maintained
    11. Attend and support subcontractor commercial meetings

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in the cost build up and forecasting for projects
    2. Ensure monthly applications for Payment are submitted in accordance with the contract agreement
    3. Review monthly cost schedules and ensure that change control is maintained
    4. Commercial peer review for tenders and pricing schedules
    5. Preparation of final accounting at the end of the projects
    6. Support others within the project on commercial and contract matters as required
    7. Review monthly reporting of cash flow

    Experience/Qualifications Needed:

    1. Industry applicable Qualification in Quantity Surveying
    2. Demonstrable experience of supporting others across multiple projects
    3. Experience in dispute resolution and arbitration
    4. Strong legal contractual knowledge
