    The Inside Sales Representative in our Burnaby Fire Protection location will be responsible for providing superior customer service to customers over the phone or in person.

    Regular business hours Monday to Friday

    Processes orders to completion and verifies with a generated computer ticket to ensure acceptance of the order.
    Ensure customers are provided with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information;
    Adheres to company safety policies and regulations;
    Shipping & receiving duties as required
    A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience in a similar role, preferably within a wholesale fire protection distribution environment
    Must have strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office & AS400 system, or something similar.
    Must have excellent telephone skills.
