    Overview

    We are looking for a talented HR Generalist passionate about customers to join our team.

    As a Human Resources Generalist, you will work with leadership and specialists to contribute to Teleperformance's culture of collaboration, accountability and FUN – making Teleperformance a Great Place to Work . You will support the strategy and operations of our employee experience including assisting with the onboarding of new employees, navigating and solving employee relations matters, and collaborating with supervisors and managers on people management matters.

    Qualifications

    What you will bring:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • At least five (5+) years' experience in a Human Resources role that includes coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, leave management and/or HR project or program implementation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • CHRP/CHRL preferred
  • Critical thinking, proactive attitude, strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstration of strong time and work management skills with a progressive, people forward attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of provincial employment law and regulatory bodies including CNESST
  • Experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must produce documentation verifying eligibility to work in Canada

    • Qualifications et compétences :

    • Responsibilities

    What you will do:

  • Collaborate effectively with the Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and other shared services functions to support new employee onboarding.
  • Partner with all departments to provide consultation for business processes, and provide guidance on employee management
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide timely resolution by providing guidance to leadership and working directly with employees
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions.
  • Participate in HR Related projects to ensure project deliverables are effective and completed on time
  • Consult and advise on Human Resources policies and practices, and partner with the HR Compliance & Policy specialist on the development of new policies.
  • Support HR and Health and Safety Committee on grievances and accident and incident related issues, including tracking information for reports.
  • Partner with Human Resources management and legal team to respond to external employment matters
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Ad-hoc French translations
  • Understands and promotes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Identifier de manière proactive les opportunités et évaluer les améliorations apportées à l'expérience des employés et collaborer avec la direction pour développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes et durables.
  • Participer aux projets liés aux RH pour s'assurer que les livrables du projet sont efficaces et achevés à temps
  • Consulter et conseiller sur les politiques et les pratiques en matière de ressources humaines, et collaborer avec le spécialiste de la conformité et des politiques en matière de ressources humaines à l'élaboration de nouvelles politiques.
  • Soutenir le Comité des RH et de la santé et de la sécurité en ce qui concerne les griefs et les questions liées aux accidents et aux incidents, y compris l'information de suivi pour les rapports.
  • Coopérer avec la direction des ressources humaines et l'équipe juridique afin de répondre aux demandes d'emploi externes
  • Assurer que les données des employés sont exactes et confidentielles, tout en respectant les réglementations de protection des données.
