    Are you passionate about architecture and thrive in a dynamic environment? We're seeking an experienced bilingual Architect to join our team. In this role, you'll lead projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and consultants to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

    Lead projects through all stages from Design Development to Site Administration
    Prepare client presentations, design documentation, and contract administration materials
    Proficiency in building science, architectural building systems, and sustainability practices
    Strong technical construction knowledge and expertise in Building Codes (Ontario & Quebec)
    Experience with Revit software and 3D modeling software (Sketch-Up preferred)
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Bilingual, French/English

    Enrolled in the OAA/OAQ internship program or holding a license of practice
    Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (post-graduate, excluding internships)

    Therefore, our staff works in the office four days a week, with the option to work from home on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays. Additionally, flexible start and end times are available if core hours are met.

    Vous êtes passionné d'architecture et vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement dynamique? Nous recherchons un architecte bilingue expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez des projets du début à la fin, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les consultants pour fournir des solutions architecturales exceptionnelles.

    Diriger des projets à travers toutes les étapes, du développement de la conception à l'administration du site
    Préparer les présentations clients, la documentation de conception et les documents d'administration des contrats
    Maîtrise des sciences du bâtiment, des systèmes de construction architecturaux et des pratiques de durabilité
    Solides connaissances techniques en construction et expertise dans les codes du bâtiment (Ontario et Québec)
    Expérience avec le logiciel Revit et le logiciel de modélisation 3D (Sketch-Up préféré)
    Très organisé avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
    Bilingue, français/anglais

    Arch ou diplôme équivalent
    Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente (post-graduate, hors stages)

    Par conséquent, notre personnel travaille au bureau quatre jours par semaine, avec la possibilité de travailler à domicile les mardis, mercredis ou jeudis.
    Nous offrons également de la flexibilité pour des situations personnelles, comme la garde d'enfants ou les rendez-vous à domicile. De plus, des heures de début et de fin flexibles sont disponibles, à condition que les heures de base soient respectées.
