Responsibilities
Description du poste :
-Assurer et traiter la gestion efficace des prises de commandes;
-Effectuer des appels aux clients pour donner suite aux demandes de renseignement;
-Documenter et faire le suivi à l'interne de toutes demandes des clients;
-Effectuer un support technique aux clients au besoin;
-Établir et développer d'excellentes relations avec les clients et s'assurer de leur satisfaction;
-S'occuper des demandes et plaintes des clients et en assurer le suivi;
-Faire le suivi et proposer des alternatives aux produits en rupture de stock ou en remplacement;
-Contacter les clients qui ont des produits B/O afin de faire un suivi de date pour la réception;
-Coordonner les ramassages des commandes au comptoir;
-Rester à l'affut des nouvelles opportunités et tendance en les partageant au chef de l'équipe;
-Toute autre tâche connexe.

Qualifications
Vous êtes la personne recherchée si vous êtes :

- Bilingue; excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite
- Très bonne connaissance des applications Microsoft Office
- Expérience dans le domaine, ou toute combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience, un atout
- Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle
