The Yachimec Group is looking for an
experienced Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator (F/T) to join our family of automotive dealerships.
Requirements:
- Prior service and customers relations experience is a must. 2 years of Service Appointment Coordinator experience in the auto industry will be preferred.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in fastpaced environment.
Duties will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Making outbound appointment phone calls
- Cashing out customers
- Booking Appointments
- Assisting customers, etc
- Writing express work orders

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
