    The Sales Lead Generation Specialist will be accountable for ensuring that their work is carried out accurately, safely and efficiently each day – exceeding expectations with a commitment to always putting western Canadian farmers at the centre of their efforts.

    Develop new business within an established territory and identify appropriate customers within the target market.
    Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
    Gathering farm profile to be submitted to AgraCity sales team.
    Organize speaking events and town hall meetings within territory.
    Required Education and Experience
    ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field would be an asset.
    ~ 1 – 3 years of inside sales experience is a plus.
    ~ Previous agriculture industry experience would be considered an asset.
    ~ Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills.
    ~ Experience with public speaking considered a strong asset.
    ~ Ability to communicate effectively on the phone.
    ~ Strong organizational, time management and planning skills.
    ~ Must be able to provide proof of full vaccination again Covid-19.
    ~ Possess a Canadian Driver's License and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
