    The Financial Client Representative provides service to clients requiring assistance related to their investment and insurance products. They will be responsible for assessing, responding, and resolving client inquiries, providing product information, and completing client transactions while delivering a professional client experience. The successful candidate will be well-organized, self-motivated, service and sales-oriented, a contributing team player, and passionate about delivering high level customer service to our clients.

    This role is supported by a remote work arrangement anywhere across Canada
    A successful applicant must have a valid mutual fund registration and/or life insurance license (LLQP) in any one Canadian province
    This role requires someone who is bilingual in French and English

    What will you be doing in this role?
    Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in CRM system
    Adhere to and maintain compliance requirements of the business
    Develop, retain and grow the business by developing and establishing a relationship with clients
    Provide a high level of client service by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of responses
    Investigate, resolve and respond to client queries by conducting further research, and dealing directly with clients and partners where required
    Educate clients about products, solutions, and services provided
    Provide advice and account/policy maintenance services using business planning processes
    Contribute to team and department goals
    Maintain workflow in an orderly fashion to permit backup to readily follow up during absences

    What qualifications are required?
    Valid mutual fund registration and/or life insurance license (LLQP) is required in any one Canadian province
    College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
    Licensed administrative assistant experience will be considered

    Bilingual - fluency in French and English

    What should your experience look like?
    3-5 years' experience in the financial insurance industry, Canadian banking, insurance, and/or financial advice channels with a specific emphasis on investment fund products and services
    3-5 years' experience in a customer service related field will be considered for the right candidate
    Strong knowledge of savings, investment and insurance products/services and financial planning concepts and an understanding of the regulatory climate
    Strong ability to utilize professionalism and deliver high level customer service
    High level of attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy
    Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    CRM experience is an asset

    Consigner de façon précise et détaillée les interactions avec la clientèle dans le système de gestion des relations client(e)s
    Toujours respecter les exigences de conformité de l'entreprise
    Consolider et faire croitre les affaires en tissant de nouveaux liens ainsi qu'en approfondissant les relations existantes avec la clientèle
    Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en veillant à l'exactitude et à la rapidité des réponses
    Examiner les questions de la clientèle et y répondre en effectuant des recherches approfondies et en traitant directement avec les clientes, les clients et les partenaires, au besoin
    Informer la clientèle sur les produits, les solutions et les services fournis
    Offrir des conseils et des services de gestion de comptes et de polices en appliquant les processus de planification des affaires
    Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de l'équipe et du service
    Respecter l'ordre prévu des étapes du flux de travail afin de permettre aux remplaçantes ou aux remplaçants de faire facilement un suivi en cas d'absence

    Qualifications requises
    Inscription valide en fonds commun de placement et/ou permis d'agent en assurance vie (PQAP) dans l'une des provinces canadiennes
    Diplôme d'études collégiales, diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente
    Expérience en tant qu'adjointe administrative agréée ou adjoint administratif agréé
    Bilinguisme - maitrise du français et de l'anglais

    Aptitudes pour la communication orale et écrite
    Capacité à établir les priorités, à gérer de multiples tâches et à utiliser plusieurs systèmes

    Expériences requises
    3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans les secteurs des services financiers, des services bancaires canadiens, de l'assurance et/ou des services-conseils en finance, plus particulièrement en lien avec les produits et les services liés aux fonds de placement
    3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un domaine lié au service à la clientèle
    Solide connaissance des produits et des services d'épargne, de placement et d'assurance ainsi que des concepts de planification financière et compréhension du cadre règlementaire
    Forte capacité à faire preuve de professionnalisme et à offrir un excellent service à la clientèle
    Grand souci du détail, minutie et rigueur
    Connaissance avérée de la suite Microsoft, notamment Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook
    Expérience en matière de gestion des relations client(e)s, un atout
