    CFMWS. Our organization is dedicated to promoting a healthy, fun, and active lifestyle for Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans and their families. At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we are passionate about what we do.

    THE ROLE

    As a Home and Electronics Sales Associate, you will provide retail services to members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), assisting them with electronics, computers, appliances, furniture, and more. You will offer professional advice, assist with stock management, explain warranty programs, and ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, you may handle food orders and maintain cleanliness in food service areas.

    This role emphasizes teamwork, modern technology, and an understanding of military life to enhance our members' experiences. If you excel in a customer-centric environment and strive to exceed expectations, this role is perfect for you.

    QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

    Education, Certifications and Licenses

    An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience

    Food Handling Certification, if required

    Experience

    Experience in electronics, computers, furniture, and appliances

    Experience in sales, merchandising, and cash handling

    Competencies

    Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership

    LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

    English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset

    Reading: Basic

    Writing: Basic

    Oral: Functional
