Join Our Team as a Senior Process Engineer

We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Process Engineer to join our team! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for supporting our manufacturing facility with all things design, fabrication, and evaluation of manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities Include:

CNC machining (milling and lathe)
Metal forming/flow forming
Laser and CD welding/brazing
Heat treat
Assembly and material handling

In addition to this, you will serve as a key technical resource for troubleshooting manufacturing and quality issues, crucial for our upcoming high-profile production launches.

Key Accountabilities:

Collaborate with production planning to prioritize shop tasks and ensure all necessary tools and documentation are in place
Participate in Advance Quality Planning meetings for fixture and tooling design
Engage with suppliers on engineering requirements
Identify and resolve processing challenges
Create quotes for new projects
Perform time studies and productivity assessments
Ensure process control through quality enhancement
Regularly review processes and operator instructions for accuracy

Requirements:

Education: University degree in engineering or equivalent
Experience: Three to five years in high-volume CNC manufacturing
Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, mechanical blueprint interpretation, statistical analysis software, and CAD/CAM (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

Desired Qualities:

Qualities: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience: Project Management background is a bonus
