    We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager, Data Protection Services to drive our team of global experts in safeguarding our customers' data.

    As a seasoned leader with extensive experience in backup and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, you will oversee the strategic growth and operational excellence of our data protection services.

    Your entrepreneurial spirit and ability to run the department like your own business will be instrumental in ensuring our customers' data assets are protected and our business thrives.

    Direct and motivate a team of network engineer professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to protect our clients' network infrastructure.

    Recruit, hire, train, and develop network engineer staff:

    Identify, assess, and hire top-tier network talent, providing comprehensive training and mentorship to foster a high-performing team.
    # Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network security devices, including but not limited to Barracuda, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks
    # Set measurable targets and deadlines for the team, aligning their efforts with the organization's overall cybersecurity objectives.
    # Possess a proactive and innovative approach to network security management, seeking opportunities to optimize resource allocation and enhance profitability.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    10+ years of extensive experience in network security
    Proven track record of successfully managing and leading network security teams
    In-depth knowledge of network security technologies, best practices, and emerging trends
    Extensive experience with Barracuda, Fortinet, and Palo Alto Networks security platforms
    Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies, demonstrating adaptability to evolving technological landscapes.
