    Role Impact:


    You'll be a crucial part of the company's mission by delivering technical support, training, and installation expertise, maintaining strong partnerships in Quebec City and beyond.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Installation & Maintenance:
    Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and assemble automated microbiology equipment, particularly the WASP system.

    Performance Evaluation:
    Ensure optimal equipment productivity and customer satisfaction.

    Customer Support & Training:
    Train users on equipment and tactfully manage client requests.


    Candidate Profile:

    Educational Background:
    Associate degree in Biomedical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on training.

    Professional Experience:
    Relevant experience in electronics, robotics, or mechanical processes. Entry-level new graduates are encouraged to apply

    Personal Attributes:
    Must be bilingual in French, reliable, autonomous, and have strong troubleshooting and communication skills.


    What We Offer:

    Compensation and Benefits:


    Up to CAD 110,000, 8% annual bonus, company credit card, mileage reimbursement, and a daily meal allowance of $65 USD.
