    Hours of work: 40 Hours, Permanent Contract

    We need someone who will keep our accommodation, and the holiday park, in tip-top condition and looking spectacular, repairing, maintaining, renewing, and improving everything from the entrance signage to the back fence.

    You will work as part of the Park Services management team helping to make sure that the department runs seamlessly.

    We are a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday.

    With 27 amazing UK resorts, we pull out all the stops and add the bells and whistles to give our guests the holiday of a lifetime.

    Bude Holiday resort is the perfect coastal escape, a family friendly holiday awaits on the stunning Cornish coast.

    With a fully refurbished Coastal bar and eatery, a heated outdoor swimming pool, splash zone and adventure playground for the kids and great walks along the coastline, there is heaps to keep everyone entertained.

    As part of our team of holiday heroes, you will manage the Maintenance team to ensure everything is in good working order.

    Monitoring that the Landscaping is to our high standards
    Allocating maintenance jobs; Carrying out maintenance checks and repairs on changeover days, working with other tradespeople when necessary

    One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times, so you'll need to work your magic on bank holidays, evenings and weekends too.

    Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need
    Experience of managing a team of trades and general assistants
    Experience in property maintenance, construction and facilities management Understanding of Budgets, P&L, Purchase and ordering systems
