    John's office with the Estimating team and report to the Director of Estimating.

    Generating project staffing plans and general expense estimates
    Creating schedules based on room data sheets
    Holding meetings with subcontractors
    Conducting scope reviews and creating subcontractor tender packages
    Soliciting subcontractor and supplier information and pricing
    Preparing risk registries for projects
    Actively participating in the industry, client and community relations to enhance company image
    Promoting and practicing company values in a creative, innovative, and enjoyable work environment
    Maintaining and fostering positive long-term relationships with all business partners, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

    10 + years of experience in the general contracting industry and experience in ICI estimating
    ~ Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent construction program
    ~ Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off, SmartBid, MS Project and Excel
