Marketing Assistant
Chatham- Hybrid after probation
Full Time, Permanent Position

Join the marketing team of this local Award-Winning company where you'll be the creative/analytical force behind their marketing calendar.

What you'll be doing

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll manage both offline and online marketing strategies and campaigns. This involves:

Managing social media channels and campaigns with sole responsibility of LinkedIn
Designing, posting, and circulating internal communications such as newsletters, competitions, company initiatives
Writing case studies on technical team/ projects to be used in tender packs
Updating website via CMS and liaising with external marketing company on large updates
Using Google analytics to analyse website data

What I'm looking for

Degree or equivalent in Marketing
Strong skills in copy writing
Confident user of Canva and InDesign

Ways of working

When you first start, you will be office-based full time. However, once you have passed probation, you will move to a Hybrid-working model. This will allow you to work 1-2 days a week from home depending on your week.
