    What You Bring:

    As a Senior Designer, you'll be working closely with our Creative Director (or their designate), and expected to bring creative ideas to life across various creative disciplines including web design, product interface design, social artwork, and animation.

    We're looking for someone who's not only exceptionally creative but also possesses a strategic mindset.

    You understand that a brand's identity extends through every interaction, and you're eager to explore solutions to challenges. You're a natural problem-solver, a great team player, and an effective communicator. Your ability to blend language and visuals to convey ideas is impressive. Whether it's identifying issues or crafting well-thought-out and visually stunning solutions, you thrive on the creative process.

    Design Discipline RequirementsResponsive Website Design & Interactive User Interface DesignUX/UI Strategy & Creative WireframingOnline Campaign Ad Creative (strategic ideation, storyboards, social)Brand Identities & Visual Story LanguagesDigital Presentation/Pitch DecksSocial Media Content Creation

    Overall Role & ResponsibilitiesReview, produce, and deliver creative assets ensuring accuracy, attention to detailPresent concept work in creative review or client meetings (when applicable)Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task between projects to deliver against tight deadlinesWorks closely with other team members on functionality and web templates to deliver best in class web designEnsures AODA compliance on all documents and within all web application designsOther design projects as required – print design, video editing, iconography, etcConduct ongoing market and user research

    Expertise & Skills:
    Minimum of 4-6 years of professional-level experienceRecommend a minimum 3 years of agency experience4+ years of experience in web design with a strong knowledge and ability in design and web software, including hand coding HTML/CSSExpert working knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud and FigmaStrong conceptual and articulate presentation skillsBasic animation skills using After EffectsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and can clearly articulate your design decisionsDetail oriented, resourceful, creative, and strong logical and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyPassionate about quality, technology, and excellence with a desire to continually improve your skill setExcellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate efforts and output according to project specificationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to establish a vision for designAbility to communicate with engineers about implementation detailsCoach more junior designers on the team to help level up their skills

    Bonus Skills:
    Knowledge of AI systems is considered an assetUniversity or College Degree in Media and DesignExperience in both UX/UI is viewed a valuable resource
