- University education (undergraduate degree at minimum, graduate degree preferred) in manufacturing engineering and/or science OR Post-Secondary Education (Undergraduate Degree or Community College Diploma) in the one of the following:EngineeringManufacturing (Tooling)
- 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing/tooling; program management experience; P.M.P. designation preferred
- P.Eng designation preferred
- MRP/ERP system build, implementation, and support experience (automotive industry preferred).
- Comprehension of the English language
- Excellent English communication and written
- Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
