    Our Mobilists act as frontline advisors, using their expertise to assist customers in finding the perfect phone and rate plan that suits their individual lifestyles.

    As strong advocates for our diverse carrier mix, including Bell, Telus, Rogers, Freedom Mobile, Chatr, PC Mobile, and more, Mobilists play a crucial role in keeping Canadians connected with the latest telecom innovations, all while enjoying their work and earning a competitive commission.

    A Day in the Life at The Mobile Shop as a Wireless Sales Representative:
    • Proactively engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services.
    • Build genuine relationships with customers and offer expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans tailored to their needs.
    • Stay informed about our carrier mix, promotions, and pricing.
    • Upsell additional products to enhance the customer's experience.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to increase store traffic and boost sales.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and devices in the telecom industry to effectively communicate features to customers.
    • Process sales transactions, maintain inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness of the sales floor.
    • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
    • Perform additional duties as needed.
