We have permanent full-time opportunities and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the business operating hours of: Monday to Sunday: 9am to 11pm ADT
Assist customers who are inquiring about new products and services
– Assist with customer related billing solutions in an engaging and professional manner
– Document customer accounts accurately
– Resolve customer account discrepancies
– Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations with the opportunity to earned additional compensation
Support Windows or higher)
– Must live in New Brunswick (anywhere within the province is fine)
– Ability to work flexible shifts
– Strong computer and data entry skills
– Experience working in customer service. Experience in accounts receivable or contact center experience is an asset
