    Description

    Responsibilities

    :
  • Builds and maintains close relationships with senior clients and team members
  • Lead (dotted line) and inspire a cross-functional team of community managers, strategists, producers, editors, animators, and content creators through management, planning and development of Always On, Hero and national social programs.
  • Supporting the management of the monthly content calendars.
  • Provide thought-starters into new & emerging trends and how they might be applied to current projects and campaigns.
  • Be a part of campaign briefs to identify and document future project scope including budgets, timelines and assumptions.
  • Has genuine and active concern for others and their needs
  • Demonstrates an understanding and appreciation for diverse perspective
  • Helps create a dynamic work environment through enthusiasm and open communication
  • Encourages (and helps facilitates) cross-/office collaboration
  • Demonstrate strategic / thought-leadership of client sector(s)
  • Contributes to a strong creative product—grounded in strategy
  • Identify and navigates any roadblocks, concerns/disputes quickly and equitably (both internal and external)
  • Ultimately responsible for the health of the relationship and achieving business results
  • Reinforce company values and culture
  • Advance the professional development of the people in your team, be willing to delegate, monitor their work, be a readily accessible resource and provide regular performance reviews

    • What you bring to the table.

  • 8+ years experience with an integrated advertising agency
  • Experience being the primary lead on a large piece of business - with the ability to run accounts top to bottom as needed
  • Strategically-minded / strong creative POV
  • Strong financial management experience
  • Strong relationship builder and a problem solver (solution-oriented)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • A hands-on leader, who is capable of coaching and motivating junior team members
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of work
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail, creative solutions and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple programs, adapt to changing client needs and industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting related to individual projects and annual budgets.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools for advertising, social analytics, and project management, such as Air Table.
