    DEPARTMENT: Inside Sales – MF and Steridose

    LOCATION: Waterloo, ON or Westwood, MA

    Position Summary

    Technical Sales Coordinators are key roles in our Inside Sales teams. These customer-facing roles will correspond with our global customers and channel partners, preparing quotations, answering technical questions, and providing status updates on customer orders. TSC's also work closely with engineering and operations regarding order status and other key deliverables.

    Essential Functions

    Fielding inquiries and providing responsive service support to customers and channel partners

    Troubleshooting equipment issues and preparing technical solutions

    Preparing detailed proposals/quotes for equipment, critical replacement parts and/or service requirements

    Reviewing purchase orders and working closely with order entry to process in a timely manner

    Coordinating with manufacturing operations & logistics teams to execute on customer orders

    Facilitating advanced or customized requests with engineering teams to overserve key customers

    Facilitating and coordinating customer returned impellers for refurbishment

    Addressing warranty claims and coordinating Return Materials Authorizations (RMA's)

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    EDUCATION

    Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required.

    A technical post-secondary or equivalent degree is preferred.

    EXPERIENCE

    2-4 years of related experience with a proven customer service track record in technical sales environment

    Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.

    COMPETENCIES

    A Customer Obsession Mindset and passion for technical sales is required.

    Demonstrated ability and experience working in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment is required.

    Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills are required.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

    Familiarity with ERP Systems strongly desired. Infor Visual Manufacturing experience preferred.

    Working knowledge of industrial equipment, previous experience with a manufacturing ERP system and basic ability to read/interpret engineering drawings would be great assets to accelerate onboarding.

    Physical Environment and Environmental Factors

    Regularly works in an office setting.

    Frequently required to stand, sit, talk, and hear

    Must be able to work in front of a computer for a large portion of the day

    May occasionally lift up to 20lbs
