    • New Office: Modern workspace equipped with the latest technology to enhance your productivity and creativity. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR partner to join our team in Montreal. The key focus in this position would be talent acquisition as we plan to grow over the next 2 years. You will also be responsible for all HR administrative task.

    Talent Acquisition:

    Employ proactive strategies to attract, source, and engage top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

    Utilize software "HUMI" proficiently to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.

    Handle administrative tasks efficiently, such as preparing employment contracts, processing HR-related documentation, and responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner.

    Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

    Employee Relations and

    Performance Management:

    Cultivate positive employee relations by actively listening to concerns, providing guidance on company policies and procedures, and mediating conflicts when necessary.

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field.
    4 years' experience in HR functions, preferably in a sales and services driven business.
    Familiarity with HUMI software or similar HR platforms.
