    In collaboration with the Human Resources leadership team, the HRBP will ensure that human resources strategies and programs are aligned with the business objectives of the operations.

    The HRBP will directly support assigned client groups, primarily groups in our Corporate Services.
    Act as a first level partner with managers to provide support in human resources programs, practises and processes;
    Ensure that administrative tasks related to employee movement (transfers, promotions, leaves, etc.) are well-executed with the support of the Employee Services, Payroll and Benefits teams;
    Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support clients throughout the recruitment process;
    Support and guide managers with all items related to compensation, performance management, training and development;
    Track HR performance indicators (headcount, turnover rate, etc.), Collaborate with all HR members in the accomplishment of team objectives;
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other equivalent training;
    Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar HR position;
    Fluently bilingual (French/English);
    Relevant experience in an industrial or production environment;
    Must have strong organizational and planning skills;
    Monday to Friday (hybrid set up not supported)
    Permanent, full-time position
