About the Job:
The Registered Nurse:
Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights; rotating from 07:30 to 19:30, 19:30 to 07:30 hours.
About this location/unit:
5 North is a 35-bed unit.
Four beds are assigned to stroke care needs and focus on stroke rehab-specific nursing care and supporting the patient through the continuum of care throughout the system.
Our unit provides patient-centered care, utilizing progressive and innovative rehabilitation best practice, and we provide in-house education to our nurses to ensure everyone on the unit is able to provide the highest quality of careInterior Health is an organization where you have room to grow and where life outside of work is just as important to us as it is to you.
