    The salary range is $60K-65K.

    DESCRIPTION

    • Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    • Create a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and empowered.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and safety standards.
    • Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive brand loyalty and engagement.
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the success of the store.
    • Handle any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and integrity.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume, flagship environment.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Passion for the brand and the sports industry.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
