- Work with various Bank departments to establish customer service policies and standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 10-15 years of experience
- Experience in custody services within the financial sector
- Expertise in securities custody, investment funds, and ETFs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exceed client expectations
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and risk analysis
- Fluency in French and English
