    Description
    beBee Professionals is seeking a Payroll Analyst for Financial Services to join our team in Oshawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.


    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, a strong understanding of payroll regulations, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

    The candidate should also have a working knowledge of payroll software and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Processing payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll regulations
    • Reconciling payroll accounts and preparing reports
    • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll
    • Maintaining payroll records
    • Assisting with the preparation of year-end tax forms
