- Provide direction, support, and audit the operation/maintenance of assets, production ops/maintenance, contractors, operations/maintenance supervisors.
- Ensure safety, productivity and efficiency while upholding a high standard.
- Manage the site's potash producing assets and mobile equipment strategy.
- Work in Maximo, filtering, and approving service requests, building and maintaining maintenance schedule to within 100%.
- Prioritize reactive work to break schedule.
- Hold and report site meetings, morning, end of shift, planning.
- Create and maintain Excel documents/records.
- Coordinate/Schedule weekly production schedule to align with mine engineering 3-month plan.
- Ensure prioritized assets are maintaining their targets.
- Maintain open line of communication with mine engineering team as adjustments are required.
- Provide 7 day/week coverage, lead, or aid in site investigations, on site weekend duty.
- A high school diploma is required.
- A minimum of five years of supervision experience in an industrial setting expected.
- Must have knowledge of site standards and safety expectations.
- Must exercise good communication skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
- Consideration must be given to safety, work environment, operational efficiency, maintenance, and reliability.

Senior Supervisor, K3 Mine Operations
Where will you work: Onsite – Esterhazy, Saskatchewan ( Highway 22, Esterhazy, SK S0A 0X0)
Responsible for execution, planning, scheduling, directing underground operations/maintenance activities in coordination with the shafts, overlands, and mills to safely maximize asset and personnel utilization. Foresee and react to any barriers that may present challenges to safely achieving planned daily/weekly targets. Provide 7 Day/Week coverage to improve safety and maintain the balance between maintenance and production. Stay up to date with current mine plan, adjust as necessary and effectively communicate with cross shift and applicable stake holders.
