- Gérer le portefeuille des contrats actuels, promouvoir et vendre des forfaits et produits d'entretien d'ascenseurs et/ou des services de modernisation.
- Rechercher les clients éventuels et entretenir de bonnes relations avec la clientèle, atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de ventes et servir de conseiller technique auprès de la clientèle.
- Maintenir à jour ses connaissances techniques sur les ascenseurs/escaliers mécaniques et les produits et les solutions de modernisation d'Otis.
- Fournir des estimations pour tous les travaux réguliers d'entretien et de réparation; avoir une connaissance générale des contrats d'entretien.
- Veiller au suivi et à la gestion des comptes clients.
- Détenir un diplôme d'études universitaires (baccalauréat) ou l'équivalent.
- Posséder au minimum 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en vente.
- Maîtriser parfaitement le français et l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Être apte à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et fortement axé sur le travail d'équipe.
- Faire preuve de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale afin de développer efficacement les attentes et les relations avec les clients internes et externes.
- Être motivé et capable de gérer plusieurs projets et responsabilités simultanés.
- Être très à l'aise dans un environnement technique utilisant les logiciels informatiques de Microsoft.
- Avoir un talent marqué pour la négociation et les ventes, être axé sur les résultats et posséder d'excellentes aptitudes pour la gestion du temps et l'organisation.
- Avoir de l'expérience dans l'industrie des ascenseurs serait un atout.
- Manage existing accounts, promote and sell Otis products and service upgrades
- Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed sales objectives, and serve as technical consultant to customers
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of elevators/escalators, and Otis products and service upgrades
- Provide estimates for all regular work and repair; understand service contracts in broad terms
- Monitor collection of accounts
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent
- 3+ years sales experience required
- Fully bilingual in both French and English
- Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
- Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
- Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
- Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
- Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
