    As a DTO Senior Training Specialist you will provide and support training to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software. You will be responsible forassisting customers' training on the phone virtually leading up to the new software completion. DTO Senior Specialists also assist the customer when required with new software install training in person onsite. Job Responsibilities: Assist with mentor, train and develop other members of the team as per DTO leads directionProvide excellent support to our customers in our softwareThe ability to handle, fix and training all difficult scenarios in the silo assignedComplete ability to perform data analysis and investigationsThe ability to diagnose and break down all training in the PBS systemThe ability to manage, deploy and update larger groupsMust have a complete understanding of all products and business as a wholeResponds to both internal and external training with the most difficult requests in a timely mannerWorks directly with customer and train all difficult sessions in assigned silo or silosBe able to talk about and be able to navigate our entire DMS Software to be able to better assist all requestsProvide ongoing training on the software and different disciplines within the companySeeks ideas and feedback to help improve processes, procedures and the PBS productMaintain at least 2certificationsor main disciplineFollow up on all enhancements that are created for the silo you are assigned Assigned training of larger groups and/or complex installs Help manage changes to processes and procedures Problem solving & trouble shooting skills for all thing PBS DTO. Advanced consulting and relationship building Support and additional training when requiredProcess development when requiredPerform other duties when required Job Requirements: High school diplomaExcellent communication and analytical skillsCustomer service experienceAutomotive dealership experience is an assetKnowledge of Microsoft Windows and OfficeStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentAvailable to work Saturday, and/or Sunday due to scheduled travelA valid passport Qualifications: 1-2 years Previous Experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment considered an assetComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - webHigh School Diploma Must hold a valid driver's license and passport Work Conditions and Equipment: Available to travel up to 50% of the time (2 weeks per month)Available to work nonstandard hours starting at 5:30, 7:30 or 9:30am and occasionally Saturday and/or Sunday. Available to work occasionally Saturday and/or Sunday due to travel scheduleStock laptop provided at time of hire Physical Requirements: This position can require long periods of sitting or standing and extended use of a computer and phoneSit/stand desks are available when working in the office environmentLifting to a light level (up to 20 lbs./10 kgs on an occasional basis, and up to 10 lbs. /5 kgs on a frequent basis) Direct Reports: None Should you be selected for an interview, you will be contacted via email.
