We are currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Administrative Support to add to our Customer Service team. This role is a hybrid role and will provide administrative support to our Client Support agents.

Key Responsibilities include:

Making outbound calls to policy owner to help them with the epolicy process
Update epolicy portal and system
Assign cancellations to Customer Service Representatives through AIM
Assist with filing duties and indexing documents
Mail letters and cheques
Update system and notes
Assist with some transactions in AIM
Other duties as required

Knowledge/Experience/Skills:

Must be bilingual
English and French (written and verbal)
Postsecondary education
Administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
